LISTENING TO A CHANNELED MESSAGE
To listen to a channeling, it's recommended that you take a moment to relax, close the eyes if you can and bring the attention inwards, to notice the sensation of breath in the body and the sensation of the body as a whole. This way we notice how we feel while we listen rather than analysing the words with the mind. And we safely receive a lot more of what's for us.
