Experiences in our physical reality have their origin in scripts encoded into our DNA. Encodements in our human blueprint govern more than our physical characteristics. There are instructions relating to every facet of outer realised human experience. When we own our responses to what we're experiencing, we can deepen our relationship with our on-site intelligence to 'get the gift' from our current experience and 'change the script'. So that we next time what we manifest for ourselves to live through is updated, renewed: not the same version we created for ourselves the last time.
Consciously doing the inner work deepens our embodiment of Sovereignty. Talking response-ability puts us in conscious command of how we're creating our own reality-experience. We can liberate ourselves from core and repeating patterns in this way. And we can change our reality from the inside out. Doing the inner work can change our outer reality.
This has been my practice now for years and there's nothing like having co-mentors, friends and associates to support ourselves to keep compassionately reclaiming our remembering that we're the master co-creators of our own reality.
This doesn't mean we blame ourselves for what we experience and as insult to injury. But that we respond compassionately to ourselves and others and support ourselves to find ways to lovingly change the reality scripts we're writing.
