How to activate the inner listener.
And how to take this into day to day life.
The more we practice this and the more situations we practice it in, the easier it gets to 'drop in' to our seat and centre, our inner safe place - and filter out what's not for us, whenever we're listening to something or someone. Especially when some one is guiding or trying to influence us in any way 

Try this:
- in the street
- in casual conversation
- scrolling through posts
- watching videos
- in a workshop
- listening to a channeling

Suggestion: make a note of what you notice. 

Things it can help with-
- Are you less affected by what's being said?
- Is it easier to feel whether you're in resonance with what's being said
- Can you hear your own responses over what someone else is guiding you to think, say, respond
- Can you feel the energy more easily?
- Are you receiving more from energy transmissions, channelings, workshops or courses?
-Are you more in your body and less in your mind?
