What you need to know...
Quite often when we hold one of the divine resonances in our fields - love, gratitude, peace, joy, for example
We will bring to the surface what's in us - what isn't of that resonance.
Dissonant feelings and emptions can rise to the surface to be seen, heard, validated and allowed to move through us.
And this isn't us 'doing it wrong' - it's a sign the meditation is working.
Peace isnt something we can bypass our way to. Really resting in that resonance often means confronting those parts of us that don't feel peaceful and can't pretend they do.
And when we confront them, when those feelings move in us, we're really healing and transforming.
What rises up to leave can leave for good, healing core wounds and taking old patterns with it.
It doesn't mean there isn't more inner work for us to do. But it does mean we are doing the inner work that's for us in the moment.
