We explore practical methods for maintaining stability during uncertain times through accessing the "self beyond the stories" and connecting with the Earth Mother archetype in our human blueprint. The episode offers a guided meditation, anchoring practice, and mantra to help ground yourself when dealing with an overactive mind and feelings of instability.

• Our thoughts constantly try to predict the future from a survival perspective, especially during uncertainty
• What we focus on becomes instructions for what manifests in our reality through our emotions and energy
• External challenges often reflect internal limitations, giving us opportunities to perceive, respond and choose again
• Meditation practices help us access the spaciousness beyond our stories rather than being trapped in our thoughts
• The Earth Mother archetype within our human blueprint provides stability and grounding during unsettled times
• A simple mantra—"I am the spaciousness beyond what's rising in me now"—helps recenter during daily activities
• Regular practice deepens your ability to quickly access states of centeredness and calm

Take a moment now and use this meditation map to ground yourself. Place attention on your breath, send awareness into the earth beneath you, and remember: you are the spaciousness beyond whatever is happening in this moment.

More about this episode...

If you're overwhelmed by uncertainty you're not alone. When life becomes unpredictable, our minds naturally shift into overdrive—analyzing, predicting, and often catastrophizing about what might happen next. This mental hyperactivity creates a cycle that can actually magnetize the very experiences we're trying to avoid.

The key to breaking this pattern lies in accessing what I call "the self beyond the stories"—that spacious awareness that exists beneath the constant chatter of thoughts and emotions. In this episode, I guide you through connecting with the Earth Mother archetype within your divine human blueprint, a powerful energetic template that provides stability and grounding when everything around you feels chaotic.

Your thoughts, emotions, and energetic vibration are constantly sending instructions to your blueprint, coding your experience moment by moment. "What are

Speaker 1:

Welcome to your podcast, our Divine Human Blueprint. I'm your host, lucy Hunter. So today we're looking at what can help us stay stable in times of uncertainty. At the end we'll have a short meditation anchoring practice and mantra that you can use for just this. We'll also be opening to a special archetype in the human blueprint. The archetype of the human blueprint we'll be opening to in this meditation at the end of the podcast is our Earth Mother archetype. It's a very simple meditation for grounding. We won't go into anything fancy or complex, but this particular archetype can help us. It can help us stay stable in times of uncertainty. It can help us when we have an overactive mind. Now, these two things usually go together.

Speaker 1:

When there is uncertainty, it's natural for attention to shift into the mind. You're aware of that. Yes, when you're worried about something, you find a seat of attention busy with thoughts and overthinking and we can lose contact with what can keep us centred, stable and supported, with what can keep us centered, stable and supported. Our thoughts are always trying to predict the future from a place of survival. By default, if we don't retrain our mind. And even if we do retrain our mind at times of uncertainty or fear, we can always switch to default that default. It's always available and what it means is, at times of instability or uncertainty, we can be on the hyper alert for threats, and that's more likely rather than helping us to drop our vibration and energize our connection with whatever it is we're worried about, which might be something specific or it might be intangible. Now, energizing that connection with what we're worried about doesn't have to be a bad thing If we then use the opportunity to go within and face, feel and heal our fears or the uncomfortable feelings and responses that are rising up in us. But in order to do that, I find it really helps to have access to what I call the self beyond the stories. Call the self beyond the stories, to center, to reground and to access the spaciousness beyond what's happening either in us or out there. And, of course, as we know out, there is always the hologram of experience. It's projected out for us to live in and it's created by the codes and instructions within us, within our human blueprint.

Speaker 1:

For how is reality going to show up for us today? What are our expectations, what are our beliefs, what are our intentions? What is the emotional, mental and energetic state we're vibrating at right now. That's sending out frequency waves that put us in a sequential alignment with whatever we're focused on negative expectations and those expectations can become instructions for what needs to manifest for us. It's not just our thoughts. When our thoughts are overly focused on negative expectations, there can be emotional and vibrational connections made so we can be generating emotions. We can be generating emotions, we can be generating vibrations in our field energetically.

Speaker 1:

Now it sounds bad, but all that's really happening is an external actualization of something internal, something going on inside of us, and there's an efficiency happening here. As human beings, in order to learn and grow, we need to perceive, respond and then to make new choices. So if there's a limitation blocking the natural flow of our creativity and all of every moment of our lives is a creation then the mind goes to work on it, focusing on the threat. That focus becomes an expectation or a belief or an unconscious intention, because we're visualizing it, and that's a very clever tool for projecting whatever we're visualizing into our reality. That expectation, that belief or that intention. It becomes an instruction, it codes our human blueprint, and so we increase the likelihood of manifesting it, manifesting some version of whatever we're focused on. It gives us a chance to perceive, respond and choose again, and when we manifest it, we get to see it clearly.

Speaker 1:

Something happening inside of us that might be quite difficult to see happens outside of us where it's really easy to see, and so there is an efficiency at work. We are helping each other, helping ourselves learn and grow. But if we want to avoid having to manifest what we're worried about or at the very least, we want to try to create something that is better, but we're still vibrating in that same frequency of what we're focused on, but we're still vibrating in that same frequency of what we're focused on then what helps me is working with meditation practices to access the safe place within, to center, to rest in the spaciousness of the self, beyond the stories and if that sounds complicated, don't worry, it's simpler than it sounds and from there to face, to feel and to heal what's rising. So what I'm going to bring in now is a short meditation map for doing just that. It's a mandala map for centering, grounding and resting in the spaciousness beyond what's happening for us. Have a listen, it's from a YouTube live which you can go and watch at any time. You might feel it might be helpful.

Speaker 1:

Okay, guys, so today we're going to bring through a mandala meditation map. This is so you can rewire your human blueprint. It helps you rest in the golden templates of creation within you. And this is just a short meditation map for grounding, but into a very special archetype, into our Earth Mother archetype. This is a divine archetype within our blueprint. It helps with staying stable in times of uncertainty and it helps when we have a busy mind. It helps with a lot more than that, but that's what we're focused on today. That, but that's what we're focused on today. So, wherever our attention is, that's where our experience is. If our attention is with our thoughts, our thoughts are going to feel real to us. We can become trapped inside our own creation. In this way, we can become trapped inside the situation happening now in our lives. Now, if we want to rest in creator consciousness, to be the author of our own story, it really helps to rest in what I call the self, beyond the stories. So here's a short meditation to help with all of that and more.

Speaker 1:

So take just a moment now and make the intention, without worrying about whether this happens. What should you be feeling? Oh no, but you're in your thoughts. None of that matters. Just make the intention and let now, as though you're held there in the cup of a hand, nothing needed of you for this now, moment. Now, placing attention on the sensation of breath in the body, the rise and fall. You can imagine that the breath begins in the heart, that it rises from the heart all the way up around the mind, back down to the heart, that it drops down from the heart all the way down to the lower belly and rises back up to the heart. All you're really doing is noticing the sensation of breath in the body.

Speaker 1:

Now, if you want, you can make an intention to send attention down now into the earth beneath your feet, the pure of the earth, beneath the building, beneath any space. You're in the rich, pure, untouched earth and feel and breathe. Notice what happens to the breath in your body and you can say to yourself silently I am the spaciousness, beyond whatever is happening now. Whatever rises in you is welcome. Make it welcome, there's nothing wrong, no experience you shouldn't be having in this moment. It all gets to be here In this moment. For this moment, I am the spaciousness, I am.

Speaker 1:

Rest, a little attention in your heart and center. If there's things moving, you can always pause this recording and sit with them, the loving, compassionate witness, letting everything move, allowing it to be exactly as it is, not making anything wrong, not trying to fix Stop it from happening, work out what to do about it, welcoming whatever rises in you now as energy, as movement, as vibration. I am the spaciousness beyond what is rising here now, what is rising in me now. And this way you bring your loving arms to whatever you're feeling and you step into creator consciousness. You stay embodied, present with what's moving within you. Nothing gets abandoned, no one is bypassing, and whatever it is you're feeling, you're perceiving, however you're responding, it gets to be held in infinite compassion and unconditional love. You are unconditional love, infinite compassion, even if you don't feel it, it's within you.

Speaker 1:

So now you may just want to, as you open your eyes, keep a little attention on how you feel physically inside now, the sensation of breath in the body, the sensation in the body as a whole. Not naming those sensations, just acknowledging them and taking in a little more of the room. Now, keep attention on how you physically feel inside. You want to stay connected to what you've contacted in this meditation? Then here's an anchoring practice. An anchoring practice. You can do anywhere. While you're busy, while you're doing other things, nobody has to know that you're doing it. You do it with your eyes open.

Speaker 1:

So, wherever you are, whatever you're doing, you can just take a moment now and make the intention to send a little attention into your heart and center To notice the physical sensation of breath moving in the body, the rise and fall, the infinity flower petal Down from the heart around the lower belly and back up, back up from the heart around the mind and back down. You can drop a little attention now, within tension, into the pure of the earth beneath your feet, beneath any building or space. You're in Keep noticing the sensation of breath in your body and that's it. And if you want, you can add this mantra Any moment you feel like you're being pulled into your thoughts or your responses or what's going on inside you and you would like to take a step back. Just try this Make the intention, say the words and then let go of what you should be feeling or experiencing.

Speaker 1:

When you've said them, say the words and place a little attention on the sensation of breath in the body and you can say to yourself I am the spaciousness beyond these feelings. Now I am, the spaciousness beyond what's rising in me now, beyond what's rising in me now, and it helps if you let go of your expectations. It helps if you stay focused on the physical sensation of the breath in the body. It helps if you place a little attention in your heart and center. It helps if you place a little attention in your heart and centre. So play with this because through practice and repetition, you will deepen the experience. You'll deepen and quicken your ability to re-centre, to be grounded and embodied, to find that spacious place beyond your own thoughts, feelings or responses.

Speaker 1:

Now I know through experience, we meet online, in regular online events, and those have been coming for a little while now. They deepen and develop their ability dramatically to transform feelings, responses, to shift their perception, shift their vibratory state. As I say, it is practice and repetition that really anchors this in and gives you sustained access to the vibratory state of calm or centeredness, or spaciousness or whatever it was that you accessed while you were meditating today. While you were meditating today, it's been a real pleasure bringing this through. This is a little meditation map that really helps me. I hope it helps you. I hope you play with it, enjoy it and make it your own. Have a beautiful day. Thank you so much for listening.
